The person behind the plays
I’m Vivek Thakkar, and I breathe markets.
It took a decade in the corporate rat race to realize there was no “end.” I’d work 100-hour weeks to make money, while the government kept printing money and inflating away my purchasing power.
The addition of two wonderful kids—the oldest, Vizhaan, and the inspiration behind the company’s name—was the perfect catalyst to escape wage slavery.
Trading—albeit a tough game—can be fruitful if one is disciplined and has a thesis around critical price and volatility drivers. As a Chartered Market Technician, I’ve centered my analysis around technical, flow, and liquidity. My superpower is simplifying these tools for individuals looking to escape the matrix.
Outside of “work,” I enjoy spending time with my wife, son, and daughter; playing and watching sports; and consuming awful reality TV to decompress from markets.
